Great!: The rooms are small, but you can just literally walk to the park. It was very fun. The pools were amazing!

Hi Joseph! My name Is Sheree Vanderkamp! My family and I had an event at the Adventureland Inn this past weekend in the Iowa Ballroom!!! I was just writing you a short letter to tell you how incredible, fantastic and helpful your staff there is!!!! We worked with molly Downs putting together this family event with only 2 months to spare! We had originally rented a space to do this at the Ramada Inn on Merle Hay Road, but it was flooded this past summer with all the rain we received! We were a little stressed out trying to find something with that short of notice, but when we met with Molly everything changed!!!! She was so helpful! I emailed her a lot with questions and worries and she was always there to help me and ease my worries!!! Always letting me know that she would do whatever to help, and make everything go smoothly!!!!! Then when the morning of the event came she was right there as I was setting up! Making sure I didnt need anything! There was also a women by the name of Carol I believe that helped serve food to my family that night! She was the sweetest women Id ever met!!!!! I from here on out will absolutely recommend the Adventureland Inn as a place to have any sort of event!!!! Ive never felt so comfortable and less stressed in my life while trying to plan something like this!!!! I would hope that you would give both ladies a very special Thank you from me and my family for all that they did for us! Their kind smiles and helping hands made me and my families day extra special!!! Thats just something you dont find very often!!! Thanks again and I hope you have a wonderful day!!!!!

My daughter ran into trouble when she attempted to book 3 rooms in Feb. fro this visit June, online. She & I were very impressed when she was called @ home the next day from staff at your hotel who wondered if she needed help.! We were given poolside rooms for all 3 family sets and we were thrilled to be so close together! We had a great time! 10 of us - ages 1 yr to 62 years old!

The Inn was fantastic, the pools were great, and the room far exceeded our expectations. Usually after you see the picture online of what your room will be the reality of the room is a disappointment, This was not the case at all. Our room was exactly what we needed, right off the pool, and refrigerator with microwave helped us save on eating expenses giving us extra money to spend of family activities

We have stayed here every summer since 2002! We usually stay two nights but due to our schedules only one night this time. Always clean and very nice staff! Kids love the pools and I love the pool bar. Same time next year!

Great Hotel: i liked the room by the pools. They were really nice, and they were very pretty. It was decently cheap too. The rooms by the pools made it easy to go to the pool was was very relaxing when you can just come up to the chairs and relax then go back to the pool. Good for watching children.

We have stayed at the Adventureland Inn at least three time prior to this trip. The hotel is very convenient if you are going to the amusement park as they offer a shuttle. We had a pool side east room and can tell there has been some updates to the room since our last visit. New tile in the bathroom, carpet in the room and overall new furnishing, night stand, lamps, TV etc. If you have kids and don't mind paying the extra price for the poolside room I would suggest it. We did not eat at the restaurant at the hotel but they do offer a breakfast brunch. The lobby and check in desk are in need of updating, new carpet & a coat of paint go along way.
