Quaint atmosphere and tasty treats!

I stumbled upon the Corner Sundry while attending college in Indianola. I fell in love with it instantly! The atmosphere is very much like a 50s style malt shop and has a very friendly feel to it.
Because there are generally only one or two people working, it can sometimes take a little while to get your order. However, I personally feel that a trip to the Corner Sundry should be about taking your time and relaxing - not rushing out the door as soon as you get your ice cream. There's a McDonald's down the road for that.
As for the treats, everything is great! It all has a homemade sort of quality to it. Very enjoyable!

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I waited in line for over 15 minutes with my two children to get a slushy. The girl behind the counter never once acknowledged us and proceded to wait on ever single person in the place even though they had entered after us. We finally left with out getting anything, she saw us leave and did not say or do anything. I would not reccommend this place to anyone.
- Pros: I cant think of one.
- Cons: The worst service ever.
