Horrible apartment complex!

Fairview is now known as Foxwood Apartments and it is the worst aparment complex I have ever lived in. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing...in the hallway, above you, and everywhere else! The sidewalks are never shoveled! The water temperature for showering is ridiculous! One minute you will be having a nice shower, then the next a scalding one! And...good luck getting anything fixed! It takes forever to get the maintenance person to fix anything, and when they do, be ready for them to come back again, because chances are it won't be fixed right! Good luck getting your laundry done because there is one laundry room that has two washers and dryers for a bulding that has three floors full of people and it always has dirty water and dirt plastered on the floor. I would NEVER reccomend this apartment complex to anyone!

• Cons: Very thin walls, awful water pressure/temperature, horrible management
