That's what I call service satisfaction!!!. This is my third time to be locked out , but it is the first time I called up these guys. And all I can say is a service satisfaction for "24 Hour Lockouts Locksmith Des Moines".
This place is a scam!\. Is there a way to give ZERO stars? I have never been so unhappy with a service provider. At first he appeared friendly enough. After he set his equiptment in my car door he told me the charge was going to be $70. When I asked him why it was that amount he stated because they are a 24 hour business. I would understand that if I had called in the middle of the night but this was at 1:15 in the afternoon. I again asked him where the charge was coming from as I was told the rates start at $15 after the $20 flat trip fee he had no answer for me but he told me that "he didn't have the time to give me a lesson in economics." He said that if I wanted his card for future business it would only be $30. I made it clear that I would not be calling him for future business but I would like his card becasue I was going to report him. He refused to give me a card. As he was running my debit card he stated "I told you $80 for credit $70 for cash, you heard that right?" when I said that I heard him say $70 cash or credit he responded by telling me "that is because you don't know how to listen, Im just going to charge you $70" I am not kdding. I have never written a review for poor service. I have reviewed once and it was to let everyone know how much I loved a product. I have never been talked or treated so disrespectfully. I will never call on this company again...if I had to walk in the middle of the night for miles to get my spare set of keys I would do that before I would call this company again.…
Fast but expensive.
They were pretty fast and the guy who unlocked my car was very nice. The lady on the phone quoted me twenty dollars. Then I got charged 80 for their "hidden fees." I say the fees are hidden because I
don't know what their "after hours" time is and such.
I called the next day to ask about the prices. I was very friendly but the girl on the phone got defensive fast. She said I could talk to the specific smith if I wanted to, to which I said I didn't need to. She hung up on me before I could ask about the returning customer fee of only $30.…
