I wish there was a way to give ZERO
stars.
The operators were rude. The website advertises $19.95 fee and 15 minute response time. When I asked the operator about the sign and bill service that our insurance has for roadside assistance she rudely informed me that they don't do that. Payment at time of service only. When I double checked the time until the tech arrived (my husband had locked his keys in the car and it was running) I was told it would be 15-30 minutes (they have a location in Pleasant hill which is less than 8 minutes from our house) but the tech didn't show up for over an hour. I even called at the 40 minute mark and was assured that the tech would be there any minute, and he didn't show up for another 20 minutes. RIDICULOUS!
The final bill was nearly $50, a far cry from the $19.95 advertised on their website, and more than the $25 the operator told me it would be.
This is a scam company. I doubt 90% of the reviews on here were even real. Most of them sound like they were written by someone who doesn't speak English, and they all sound like the same 3 people wrote them.
I will not be calling them EVER again.

If there's something I value….its time….and the more time I waste staring at my keys sitting on my front seat mocking me the more irritated I become. Luckily 24 hr lockouts values time as much as I do. They arrived in under ten minutes and I paid them for their time.

Being locked inside our house is not a problem anymore.. Just call 24 hour lockout for the fastest and safest service to help you out. They will you fix you locked house as well as car, etc. I have them yesterday to help me. So, try them just in case you got lock out problems.
