Kingdom Kids Academy, Childcare and Learning Center

If I could give Kingdom Kids academy zero stars I would. First of all I have been there tons of times, for one I used to work for the old company well before they opened the new center. Anyways I went there recently to tour the new center that was now called "Kingdom Kids Academy" to see if it had changed AT ALL from the previous center. And no way has it changed. For one, this center was bought by another person and no longer run by the previous owner, but they are still using the previous owners reviews on their website. I went into the center and asked them how long they have been open, that is when I was told they have been open 2 years. Thats funny because if you go on their website you will see reviews from parents stating that there child was there from 6 weeks old until they were 5 years old... Now you do the math, cause 2 years is not the same as 5 years a child has supposedly been there. That is exactly why I say they use the SAME EXACT website as the old owner and the old reviews. Also some of the reviews on there are from families I know from the old center who have never actually gone to Kingdom Kids Academy. Also the turn over rate is OUTRAGEOUS. I personally know families who have left because they never knew who their child would be with. Also when I was on the tour all the teachers were sitting down while a little boy jumped off a table around the corner. The director didn't say a thing and nor did the employees. I would highly advice ANYONE to not go there. Regardless of the fact that they have cameras or not, trust me there are always ways around that. I used to work for the old center and know that people would stand behind the cameras so they could discipline kids or go in an area where you could now view on the camera. Also, is you are looking at a child care center PLEASE go down to your local DHS office and pull up that centers file before you pick them. You can look through EVERY file, EVERY complaint, ANYTHING at all. Do your research and know your child is in good hands.…

DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS IF THEY MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU. I want to say to all the parents who love your children do not, i repeat DO NOT take your kids to this center, you will regret it. I took my daughters to this center and they would have scratches on their faces when I picked them up and no one could tell me why. I walked in and saw a staff scolding and grabbing another child and when I addressed this with management they said, " I trust my employees and if you dont like what is going on here you can take your children to another center". I was floored when I heard this because not only do they hire young heartless teens to care for the children they charge tuition even for the days that they are closed, like christmas eve and new years. This place looks cool from the outside,, but the children are ALWAYS miserable when i came to get my girls. Spare you children the trauma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…
