Worst management staff EVER!!!!!. Do not waste your time with this Red Lobster! I have eaten at many many Red Lobsters, this management team has spoiled my taste for the company PERIOD!! The general manager Marco Holter completely disgraces the "general manager" title. Don't waste your time, money, or energy on this particular restaurant.

Poor Treatment at West Des Moines Red Lobster. Although the food is usually delicious at this Red Lobster, their customer service is a little "less tasty." I was treated horribly on New Years Eve before I even got a chance to get on the waiting list. The hostess' treatment towards me was less than appetizing and the manager on duty that evening was even worse. In times where businesses are dying, money is tight and eating out is limited; you would think that businesses would be more cautious about how they treat paying customers.Obviously this Red Lobster feels it has enough customers so they need not pursue excellence with everyone. In times like these, it takes more than good food for me to return. If you want good customer service, go to Macoroni Grill in West Des Moines. That's where we went after being treated like burnt toast!

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment.. In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.
