Very spacious. Lots of storage space, particularly in bedroom closets. Very spacious patios, too!

Very friendly staff. Bathroom exhaust fan was constantly running.

This was our mistake! We did not realize that there is a manual control OUTSIDE the bathroom that can turn on depending on the heat setting. You can shut it off and the fan will function properly. the lady from maintenance called me within an hour of submitting my online form and was very friendly at explaining our mistake. Very common mistake, apparently!

Very professional management. I have no qualms with management. I submitted a request to be considered as a building with small animals and my letter was forwarded onto upper management. I received a response within a few days. While the response wasn't what I had hoped for, I was impressed at their attentiveness. They offered to let us move to a complex that allowed small animals for a fee -- something they didn't need to do. So, that was very kind of them.

They are great. Tiffany (my original leasing agent) and Shannon have been wonderful in the office -- very understanding, etc. My advice to anyone renting is to keep their leasing agent's e-mail on file. They're a great contact if you have any additional questions.

Nice staff. The office staff have still been nice, although I haven't had many encounters. They sent out a free pizza to every apartment for Christmas, which I thought was kind of neat.

Will come here first!. I really enjoyed living at these apartments. The only reason I left was because I had to move back home. When I get the chance to move out again I will definitely come here first.

Awesome!. I have lived at Sun Prairie for 2 years now and I am prefectly happy with them. My apartment was clean when I moved in!! After I moved in I thought of a few questions and I called their after hours number and they helped me which was super nice! I have only heard my neighbors 1 time and it was really loud so I called the after hours number again and they took care of it right away and I never heard them again. The best part is the low utility bills!!!!! Also I don't have to worry about paying all those little bills like water and trash, its all included!

Can't wait to move in. I lived there for 2 years and the people were nice and the apartments were well kept and spacious. I moving back in a few months.

staff is very attentive. I live in a 1 bedroom, moderate income housing, layout 1 A modified unit.

I have lived in Sun Prairie for a month with my boyfriend and, quite honestly, am surprised by the reviews here. Prior to leasing, I read all of the 70-some reviews on this site and was a bit wary. However, I've felt that the apartment complex itself is wonderful and the staff is very attentive. :) I like that they've tried to make it "homey" with the lake and the walking paths. I've walked as late as 9pm at night around the paths and haven't had any problems... aside from the occasional goose!

Great people to work with. I don't know what these other posts are talking about; I have never felt unsafe or unhappy. I plan to live here for many years.
