Scotty's Body Shop is the place to go. I have brought my car in a couple times and not once has there been any issues! In fact, when anyone has an issue with their car and it needs body work Scotty's is the only place I suggest! Also, Scotty's has amazing customer service and they are always a pleasure to talk to! I will continue to take my business here and no where else :) Thank you to everybody down at Scotty's for making every experience a GREAT ONE!

I absolutely love this place. I refuse to go elsewhere. They are always so helpful. They explain things to me when I don't understand. I love that even the secretaries know all about the car business. :) - Jessica D

I will not go anywhere else! The customer service was above and beyond exceptional. They took care of everything. I made an appointment, gave them the insurance information, and that's it. They took care of it all. They explained everything simple and to the point and they had the rental car waiting for me when i dropped my truck off for repair. They are the ONLY body shop I've been to, that I have felt like they treated me like a person, not a paycheck. They did a great job!!

Everything about my experience was exceptional! Repairs, customer service & insurance handling were all done in a friendly and honest manner. The Scotty's family took all the stress out of this experience and I will definately be recommending them to anyone in need! Thank you, Scotty's!

I had a deer try to tackle my 03 Ford truck - didn't know were to take it but chose Scotty's because of the reviews on this site. Had never dealt with a body shop before but after going to Scotty's I won't go anywhere else they treated me very well and did a perfect job. They are awesome. I have been telling everyone that asks me about my truck, were I got it fixed, and I tell them that if they need something done to go there.

Excellent Body Shop--THE BEST!. While no one loves a body shop, Scotty's Body Shop on Linden made the pain so much less. They were able to get two cars completed ASAP. My son's car was done in three days so that he could get back to Chicago.

My car took a few more days, but WEEKS less than when I went to the dealer. How can this be? They are that good. The service was excellent. They even returned my rental car which saved me time.

Hopefully, I won't need them soon. But I recommend them to everyone in Des Moines who needs work done on their cars. The BEST!

BEST Body Shop EVER!!!!!!. The best body shop around! They are fair, HONEST, thorough, and offer 100% customer satisfaction!!!!!!!!!! They do high quality work at a fair price!!! I love them!

Exellent Service. Several co-workers had told me about the service they had received from Scotty's. I was involved in an accident and had significant damage to the front passener door on my Suburban. I have metallic paint which adds to the process to repair any damage. There were also a couple of small items to be repaired. Scotty's did an excellent job. If you didn't know what was repaired you would not be able to find those areas now. In additition to the repairs they also cleaned my Suburban inside and out before I picked it up. I stopped by with the estimate I received from the insurance company on a Wednesday and they got me in that next Monday. There was some additional damage to parts within the door that were not included in the original estimate; they contacted the insurance company and had it taken care of without my involvement. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. If I ever need bodyshop services again I will definitely go to Scotty's. Mike Lehnus

Hard to Beat for a Great Job. I had heard about Scotty's from a friend and got into a small accident and decided to give them a call. I called on Thursday and they took my car in on the folllowing Monday. Their charge was reasonable and I also had them fix up some other dings on my car which they did at no extra charge. I picked up the car after two days of service, the outside looked great and they also went into great detail to clean the insides, including some stains on my carpet. Fast, clean and reliable.
