Horrible Customer Service. I've been to the Best Buy on University several times in the last couple years. Everytime I go in though, it takes forever to get a person to help me. In addition, I returned an item a couple weeks ago and the guy gave me attitude about it (even though it was within their return guidelines). I've purchase a couple computers from that location and find it best to make sure I do all my research before hand because whenever I ask the Best Buy staff about an item, I always feel like they're just telling me what they think I want to hear instead of the truth. I really like Best Buy in general, but prefer the SE14th location since their staff is much more pleasant and helful.

Avoid using Geek Squad. The geek squad may receive training on how to fix computers, and they may wear geek squad uniforms to improve their appearance and perceived ability, but in the end I have found that all Geek Squad employees that I interacted with lacked professionalism, had poor customer service, and in the end didn't fix my computer. I would not recommend anyone to Geek Squad.
