Tips for Dairy Queen

Usually Yummy Dairy Queen. Dairy Queen is one the best spots for ice cream in the entire world! There's no better way to cool off on a hot summer day than to stop by your local nearby Dairy Queen. The workers at the Windsor Heights are always friendly. The only down note about Dairy Queen is sometimes the blizzards are more like straight ice cream. For example, when I order a Reese's blizzard, it contains very little pieces of Reese's, even if I ask for extra. However, the overall Dairy Queen experience always keeps me coming back for more.

Excellent curls!. 30 years ago I worked at a DQ (and worked there p-t for 6 six years) and doing a nice looking curl was drilled into me. Whatever you're serving should look like the poster advertising the product. Because of this, I judge curls when I go to DQ. The curl is the symbol of DQ. Also, the soft serve in cones and sundaes should have the trademark shape (2 balls, NOT 1 big volcano). DQ has always tasted great and always will, but if my sundae is squat and smooshy, it's just not that special and looks like they don't care.

That being said, this DQ does a great job at the above. I've been to this DQ both when it's dead and busy, and the staff has always been friendly and as quick as possible. The place is always clean and has fun murals painted on the wall. They also have a twitter feed so you can be notified of specials.

A soft-serve ice cream haven for little league teams, teenagers and families.. In Short
Vanilla and chocolate soft-serve ice cream is the foundation for this chain's popular sundaes, banana splits, peanut butter parfaits, milkshakes and chocolate-dipped Dilly Bars and cones. Blizzards made with such candies as M&M's, chopped up Butterfingers or Reese's Cups are a well-loved favorite.
