The new guy is younger.... I just visited the store for the first time in many years - lots of changes down there.

I stopped in and asked if Harry (the original owner from the 70s) was there and ended up speaking to a young guy who is now the owner. His name is Harry too. How strange is that?

Anyway, a couple of the original guys are still down there and things look good. They seem to be still on top of things.

Lou is great!. I was trying to lookup the phone number for Audio Labs and saw the review by JVCRULES. I was taken that someone did not have a great experience down there, so I thought I would write in too.

The guys down there have always been great to me and my friends. Lou has never pushed anything on us and always gave us plenty of his time to help with problems we have had over the years. I purchased my first B&O system down there almost 20 years ago and have been a customer since!

If I were to guess, I think JVCRULES was probably told something he didn't agree with and therefore thinks they have poor customer service. If you want to go to a store where they will tell you what you want to hear and not their opinion, then goto Best Buy! If you want to get a recommendation from people with decades of experience, then goto Audio Labs!

I think the place is great and will continue shopping there as long as I'm around.

Great customer service, always looks for a way to save me money. Excellent all around, great customer service. They answered all my questions and showed comparisons of different speakers.

Not Recomended. Unprofessional/poor customer service. I would not recomend them to those looking for an audio video source that puts the customer and their needs first.
