The food is excellent (I love the sausage sand or the Italian pizza) the service is fun fast and friendly and I love to talk to Linda B the owner. This place is classic American history having been in business for 50 years!
A suprisingly good italian restuarant. My wife and I noticed this place just driving around. Decided to try it. The decore was ok but nothing special. The service was great never waited for anything. The cost is a little high for what we expected but not so far that we wont go back. We had the Olive tampania (mispelled but close). I dont care for olives but wife my thought it was very good. The bread was great. My wife had the Lasagna and I had the alfredo. Both my wife and I agreed that the Lasagna was good. We also agreed that the Afredo was just ok. The alfredo was a little thick and became pastey. The taste was ok (too much parmasian) but I would not recommend this. There were a number of items on the menu that peaked our curiosity that we want to try. So we plan to go back and try this place again. I wouldnt go out of my way for this place but if you are in the neighborhood its worth the stop.
AVOID AT ALL COST.
I would never go back to this place if my life depended on it. While in there, I saw employees do a deal of illegal substances( 2 women--1 waitress and 1 cook). That 1 cook that I mentioned was talking to people behind the counter that werent there. The food was discusting. No flavour, no taste, nothing. The wait staff was rude and inconsiderate.
While dining there, there was also a LARGE INSECT that is normal at UNCLEAN restaurants ( It will not let me type out what kind it was, that is censored for some dumb reason) that was crawling across one of the booths seat. Talk about needing a little 'spring cleaning'.
If you know what is best for you, and dont want a drop or pinch of "psycho" in your meal, I'd stay far far away from this place.
