I made an offer on an item at this store, and rather than discussing with me the man at the counter laughed at me and said "have a nice day." I did just that, and decided to do business elsewhere. Very immature way of doing business. Just shameful for people of that age. if you want to be treated with respect, I recommend doing business elsewhere.

Nice Service. I travel to all the pawn shops in the midwest, these people are a 10/10. Nice service, friendly, always treat me with respect.

My opinion: not an upstanding business. Unfortunately, a ring was stolen from me by a family member and brought to this shop. This was done 5 months ago and I just found out. I realize this shop did everything by the law ( ie. checked ID, registered the transaction with the police department, etc. although no receipt was given for the transaction).

For a $20,000 ring,(One 5 carat diamond and two l.5 carat diamonds in a platinum setting) this TEENAGER was given $800.00.

This establishment knew from the start the situation was wrong, but they chose to disregard the obvious to take advantage and make a profit. A very large profit!

Please be aware of this establishment and their seeming lack of decency and business standards. This last statement is, of course, my opinion. The person who purchased this ring is unfortunately, also a victim.
