WOW!!!. I had the BEST salon experience ever at New Impressions! When I scheduled my appointment over the phone, the receptionist was very courteous and pleasant. When I got to the store, she was just as friendly in person. The new contact information sheet they have you fill out is very unique, asking you questions about your personal style and what you like best and least about various body features (hair, skin, nails).

My stylist was Thomas. He is AMAZING! He was very, very friendly, asked me lots of questions about what I wanted and didn't want, and followed my specifications with absolute precision. Even when I changed my mind about something I wanted, he rolled with it and made it work and was not in the least bit irritated (or if he was, he never let it show).

The atmosphere was very pleasant. The salon looks as if it has been recently updated and was exceptionally clean. The music was not too loud for conversation, which was abundant and with lots of laughter.

Perhaps the best part was the price at the end. For a woman's wash, cut, and style, it was only $25. I was floored with delight! The salon I'd gone to before was not nearly this high-quality and yet was far more expensive. Even with the tip, the total at Impressions was still less than half of what I would've paid had I gone to my old salon. Needless to say, I don't think I'll ever return to them. New Impressions definitely made the right impression with me! (Pardon the pun, I had to do it!)

Best atmosphere!!. I LOVE this place!!! My old stylest moved out of town and it is hard for me to trust people with my hair. They always keep notes on when I come in and how I like my hair done. The owner had even taken a likeing to my hair and if she is there she doesnt let anyone else touch it! It is just very personal and they listen and give advise for whatever you need. And the spa prices are great! Wheather is is a massage, wax, pedicure or buzz cut, this is the place to go!!!
