NEVER WORKING FOR THEM AGAIN!!!. I have worked there twice once for customer service for the holiday season and second late of 2011 and the last was the worst new management and dont know how to run a store and i have not been working with them for almost 4 months and i still have not got my last pay check

bed customer service. Afoul customer service at the Clive IA Toys R Us store. Manager calls me I am laying. Store did not take my return bec I did not had receipt. I want to return my remote bec its not working. Then I call Hire management team at 1-800 Toy r us. I ask question that what I should do with my remote because it’s not working. Should I throw it away and she told me that it’s up to you but we cannot take return. This is last time I shop for the Toy r us. I will tell my all the family member to do dot shop at the toys r us at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from any toy r us. Not even online too. I would recommend buying from Wal-Mart or other store bec same item will find chipper price. Toy r us one of the expensive store too.

Run-down store, with run-down service. Whoever came up with the slogan that Toys R Us is the greatest toy store in the world hasn't been to the Toys R Us on University in WDM. Upon entering the store you notice a foul smell, followed by dirty floors and unfriendly staff. I needed to wash my child's hands upon leaving the store because of the general lack of cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this store. If you must shop Toys R Us, shop online because the employees in store are about as helpful as the box your toys will come in.
