I have been a customer of Bruce Engine for 12+ years. The owner and their employees have always been more than helpful in the servicing and/or purchasing of my lawnmowers and snow blowers. I have also taken my chain saws and other small lawn equipment to them for servicing.
Their turnaround time has been impeccable. The owner has always made accommodations if necessary due to any time restraints I might be facing.
The owner makes trips to my home before or after hours to pick up my large mowers/blowers as well as delivering them in a timely manner.
Thanks again Bruce Engine for being there!

Terrible customer service, unreasonable fix times, surly help,

I dropped my snowblower off for extensive repairs and a tune up. I asked when it would be ready and was told "as soon as we can get to it". I called a week later and asked about the status. The guy actually snorted and curtly replied "It's not even on my radar". I asked what he meant. He replied " I do lawnmowers first". I asked when he would be done with the lawnmowers. He scoffed." I dunno....at least 3 weeks".
I probably would have waited (the snowblower is a pain to transport) if it weren't for his smart assed attitude. I should have guessed when I dropped it off I was in for a hassle when the the surly guy doing the intake would not give me straight answers.
Save yourself a headache and go to Krumm on the eastside. It's worth the trip.
