Although the food is very good and well presented, it seems that a good part of the staff does not have a clue as to what is going on nor do they seem to be able to handle themselves in a professional manner. i.e. the woman that seats on the weekends "ran around like a chicken with its head cut off" and did not seem very sincere when asking us "how was everything"

Excellent. Wonderful food, professional servers. Great ambiance well trained bar staff, they really know their stuff.
