Excellent cakes!. Raquel's Pastry in Des Moines has wonderful "Tres Leches" cake. It is so wonderfully moist and topped with fresh fruit. I stopped by just to see if they had any and was impressed by the tasty looking selections of products they have. It doesn't appear they have a wide variety, but what they do have is quality!
