Worst General Manager, very rude.
I went to pick up a dinning set form Nebraska store in Kansas City, while I was at the check out desk a lady came and told me that I have other orders that I did not pick up or pay for, I told her that I paid for the items and that i have at my house now, i told her that i paid for it without using the ticket. She stated THAT I TOOK THE ITEMS WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT AND THAT IS WHAT HER SYSTEM IS SHOWING. She repeated this more than once and told me that i have to pay for those items. She held me at the desk for 20 minutes making a search on her exceptionally smart system.... i was running out of time as the store was closing at 9 pm and i haven't picked up the furniture yet, I asked to talk with the manager and she said that SHE IS THE GENERAL MANAGER OF NEBRASKA FURNITURE!
I went to the car, found the receipt and brought it back to show that great manager the proof of purchase, i requested to speak to her again but she told the check out desk employer over the phone that she found that the items were paid for and refused to come to the desk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I requested to talk to her over the phone; the manager then denied that she accused me of taking ( in other words stealing or shoplifting) items from the store.....
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PERSON WHO LACKS THE SIMPLEST CONCEPTS OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ENDS UP BEING THE GENERAL MANAGER OF SUCH A HUGE AND FAMOUS STORE, SHE IS REALLY DAMAGING THE REPUTATION OF NEBRASKA FURNITURE.
