Wonderful Time for Kids...NOT disappointed. I was inspired to write this review after reading the last review about the disappointing birthday party. I can't imagine what could have happened there. My family and I live in Texas and come to Iowa to visit my grandparents at least twice a year. Everytime we come to town Incrediroll is on the top of my two boys'(ages 9 and 12) to do list. The owners and staff have always ben very kind, making us feel apart of the family. They always recognize us even though we only show up twice a year. We visit during the day and the boys are never bored. There are many games played throughout the skate session. The reason I didn;t give 5 stars is because I think the price is a bit hefty. Last time we were there it was $8 per skater. Also, during the day a few daycares bus in children to skate for the day and while my kids like the fact that there are more kids to play with, once we weren't able to skate because the rink ran out of skates. Now, we just make sure we get there a few minutes before they open up to make sure we get in and get skates! My boys really do have the best time here!

Sad Birthday Girl. We had our daughter's birthday party at Incredi-Roll on 5621 Meredith Dr. in Des Moines, Iowa in April 2008 and unfortunately our daughter ended up in tears. My daughter invited 6 of her friends and we purchased a birthday package, so we spent quite a bit of money there. The problem ended up being over 2 tickets for one of the games. She went to one of the older women workers and told her a machine wasn't working because it didn't give her two tickets it said she had won and the lady worker yelled at her saying it worked for the person in front of her. Not only was the lady rude she was basically calling my child a liar. I'd just like to worn those who are thinking of booking a party for their child there to beware.

Very disappointed!!!! :(
