Worst experience not once but 2 times.

The Babies R us located in Clive, university avenue has the worst customer service. I have always felt neglected in the store. The supervisor of Baby Gears is very rude to customers and when a customer says that the store service is not good. She replied back saying not to come to the store. When you call the store for some information , someone picks up the phone and keeps you on hold for a very long time. We are so disappointed by the store service. we have got some gift certificates from this store for our son's 1st birthday and we are planning on saying to all our friends to never give us babies r us gift certificates again. We do love the store a lot. but just for the rude people working in the store we never feel welcomed.
