Again, terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give a negative star review about this place, I would. It has been a year since I have done business with them, but I drive by this place frequently and get angry every time I see it. I purchased a printer from here a year ago, and I was out of town for a week before I had a chance to install it. It needed a new ink cartridge so I went out and bought one trusting the machine would work. When I got the printer installed, and after getting HP assistance, discovered it needed repaired. When I tried to return it for the purchase price only (not asking for reimbursement for the printer cartidge that cost me another $15.00), the sales assistant informed me that "hey, sometimes we sell you *!@* that doesn't work, sometimes people sell us !#@# that doesn't work. That's how this business is." After much argument with the sales assistant, he gave me the manager to give me a refund. The manager informed me that they were out of checks, and didn't have enough cash to refund me. (The purchase was only $30 so I should have known better.) However, he said they do bills monthly and would send me a check next week. He took my information, and I left angry but trusted I would receive a check. The check never came, and I decided $30 wasn't worth my time dealing with these people again. I am very thankful that it was a small transation as I had needed to purchase more computer equipment later that year. Just trying to save other people the headache that this company was for me.

Terrible. Very poor costumer service. The owner cursed me out and a service person went off on me yelling. They were supposed to replace the hard disk in my mac. It took them a week to figure out they put the wrong one in. They had my mac for three weeks. Now 2 usb ports don't work, logic board damaged, constant disk errors, there's 59g of free space but I get errors saying there is no space when trying to save something, apps shut down on their own, constant freezing. A week after getting it back, it wouldn't boot up at all. I took it to the Apple store, they took it apart and discovered 2 plugs from the hard disk came unplugged. They were charging me $49 for diagnostic and $89 for the disk. After a week they said it would cost me and additional $89 because the disk was really hard to get to. I end up paying $249 to get it back in worse condition than before. They are not willing to help me saying that everything was in working condition when they gave it to me. Bum deal.
