I HATED IT. THIS IS ALL MY OPINION: I recently paid $140 dollars to get my hair color (full head, foils) and cut at Serenity in Valley West mall. The stylist hacked at my hair to "texturize" it and rushed through the end of the haircut because she had another client waiting. She had another employee come over so they could both take blow dryers to my head. I had to return later to get my hair evened out and fixed because of how extremely uneven it ended up being. The "texturizing" left my hair looking unhealthy and gross. The dye job was TERRIBLE. I was left with stripey blonde streaks in my hair (I asked for highlights). She chose a terrible blonde to go with the base color. It was way too high of a contrast. It looked like something I could have gotten from a do-it-yourself box. NOT WORTH IT. I paid $140 to get an embarrassing dye job that I have to hide by pinning my hair back until it grows out. Thanks for the skunk hair, Serenity!…
