BEST PHO IN DES MOINES. I have been eating at TNT since I moved back to Des Moines in 2007. I have tried other Pho restaurants in town but not one lives up to TNT. The location is a bit alarming for some people but extremely easy to find and plentiful parking. It is a casual environment and just the right size, the staff is polite and friendly, the service is quick, and the Pho noodle soup is addictive. After being in the Seattle area and having so many great Pho restaurants to choose from I was worried I would not find one here that would live up to my standards. TNT does and as far as I am concerned, no one else in Des Moines compares.

Best egg rolls I have ever eaten.. Had never tried Vietnamese food in my life, but I am definitely sold on it now. I love the egg rolls at T&T. I had a seafood noodle bowl that was just fantastic. They serve it with a plate of fresh basil, bean sprouts, and a slice of lime you add just as much as you want to suit your own taste. Try the egg rolls with some of the chili sauce and hoison sauce mixed together (my favorite). The lemon grass pork chops are also another good choice, very tasty. I had good service, waiter explained alot of things. It is more like a cafe than an elegant restaurant. The music in the background was appropriate for your dining experience. I usually visit once a week.
