We thought we could do it ourselves and save a little money. We got into a real mess! After starting to tear the roof off we discovered the plywood was rotten, the soffetts were rotten also. It was taking far longer than we had planned and our entire family was helping. We finally called Paplow for help. They really bailed us out. They must have had 20 guys show up, and they knew what they were doing! Within 1/2 day we had a new roof and gutters! I just want people to understand. Don't try this alone! Call Paplow!

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! Do not use them under any circumstance! I think that all positive tips must have been written by Dave and Tom Paplow themselves. They used substandard material and workmanship on our roof, causing us to spend another $4,000 in repairs with a different company and we're still not sure the roof won't leak. They crushed our driveway with their truck and promised to fix it. It never happened AND they started hanging up on my husband when he called them. BEWARE!

I have been through the re-roofing process with several homes. I have never had the kind of experience that I had with Paplow. Dave Paplow called me the day before they were supposed to come. He asked permission to be a couple of hours late because they had received a call from a customer that had experienced some Iowa storm damage and Dave felt his team needed to provide some assistance to this family. I said I didn't mind, (do unto others). They showed up 3 hours later, went to work and by sundown I had a brand new beautiful, high quality roof. They did exactly what they said they would do. I was so impressed with the professionalism and overall craftsmanship!

THE ONLY NAME YOU NEED TO KNOW IS "PAPLOW" Very professional and polite workers and great to deal with in ever area. Very satisfied customers and WILL certainly use them again

Great work. I have a small business in Des Moines and we hired Paplow Roofing to redo the roof on one of our buildings. He did the work very well...
