Gracious Urban Living at Vine Street Lofts!. I love living in Vine Street Lofts! The apartments are beautiful. My one-bedroom is spacious and bright. Annesa, the Property Manager, does an excellent job in a professional and friendly manner. She sets the tone for a building filled with pleasant people. The building is clean and well-maintained. Estevan, the Maintenance Supervisor, and the maintenance staff are super. The location is ideal. I enjoy the convenience and fun of being downtown yet slightly off the beaten path. I couldn't ask for a nicer place to live than Vine Street Lofts!

Always doing their best to keep the place look great!. Better than being right on court ave because the nose is a lot less in this area, but still walking distance from skywalk, and many restaurants and bars, farmers market right outside the front door. You only get one parking spot per unit, so check into other ramps for parking price, and get one.parking on the street around the building is tricky, and has high traffic, since right in heart of Des Moines.in the summer the base ball field fireworks are right off back court yard, but people coming to see game will fill the street parking so do try to get a parking spot.:) Everyone seems great in the building and management is incredible.Manteince people are always their if you have any problems in know time.
