BAD service. Was seated fast, but no one came to give us water or take an order, so got up to leave, told a "Gentleman" in the lobby that I was upset, my wife was 3/4 out the door, he said that he would adjust our bill, if we would come back, after a few minutes, my wife said OK, we ordered our items, they were ok, nothing special, just an ok meal. Then the bill came, not adjusted, the waitress said that since the "Manager" offered to buy us a desert, that was "our adjustment" well I guess I should have asked for an"adjustment" I thought that I might have been given a $5.00 or $10.00 of, but no. I guess this will be another Iltalian Restrunt I can cross off our list of suggested places to go.

Horrific Customer Service. Excellent food means absolutely nothing if the service is horrific. Never to return and definitely won't recommend this dive to anyone ever! Waitress slammed down our entrees on the edge of the dining table before salads were close to being finished. Never once asked how anything was. I've been travelling across the country for 17 yrs and this is one of the worst "fine" dining experiences ever. This review system won't allow a negative star rating which is what it deserves.

A great place.. This is a beautiful restaurant with great people. The food is always cooked well and the staff is quick to help. I've never had an issue here. More importantly I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

Italian steakhouse with style. This restaurant oozes atmosphere and the food does not disappoint. A long cozy dinner was intimate and romantic with terrific food - the Marilyn Monroe pasta dish was just terrific! My dining companion's steak was perfect and his fries were very good.

We were seated immediately, but I don't know if that would be a regular occurrence or not - it was a weekend, but a late meal (after 8 PM). I am unsure of their reservation policies, but a reservation might not be a bad idea, especially on a weekend night.

This is definitely a "special occasion" place, and one where you could dine as dressed up as you wished. Even jeans were not frowned upon here, but the restaurant does feel more like a "dress-up" place. Perfect for a date night.

Excellent seafood, good atmosphere, friendly staff and good presentation. The atmosphere is italian nastalgia, the food is excellent and the staff are always pleasant. Recommend sitting in the bar.
