worst haircut I ve ever received and I m a 55 year old male. The next day after haircut when my wife said how bad my hair looks, I drove into visit with the manager to show her the haircut and to see if she would credit back to my credit card the cost of the cut. She said she could NOT return credit to my card. That if I would like she could try and fix the haircut though it would be much shorter afterwards. I decided not to continue on with this first time visit to Cost Cutters.. professionalism questionable In my humble opinion I should have received credit back on my C.C. but was refused by manager..

Cost Cutters. They didn't listen to what I wanted, push on their products, not very knowledable on products. Told me to use something everyday when in fact, the bottle says no more than twice a week. Put my hair in worse condition.
