ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES

I was walking past House of Leathers the other day and the store employees had their clothes rack all over the mall in front of their store. One of their employees came running over to a couple of kids, maybe 7-8 years old, and started to scream at them for touching his crappy merchandise. The kids were not doing anything but touching the clothes. I think this guy is racist, the kids were of the non-white type.
Pros: NONE
Cons: RACIST, BIGOET, FAKE MERCHANDISE(AUTOGRAPHS)

I purchased a coat from them on 12/23/2006 for my wife for Christmas. I told the Clerk I was unsure if my Wife would like the style I choose. She showed me a nice coat for $129.99. I bought it. My wife wanted to return it to get something different. The store would not give a refund and said all purchases are final. I cannot recommend a place of Business that will not let you return a gift that is purchased. We now have a $130 coat that does not fit my wife and is the wrong style she wanted. This is truely unfair!!!

Best selection around

This store is incredible best selecyion around. I was out of town Mother's day shopping and came across this store I bought several items including a throwback jersey for myself they have a lot of merchandise that you wouldn't think a leather store would have. This is a very nice store and price can't be beat.
- Pros: selection, price, quality, great to deal with the owners.

YOU WOULD NEVER THINK THAT HOUSE OF LEATHERS BY THE NAME WOULD OFFER ALL THE THINGS THEY DO. THEY HAVE LITERALLY HUNDREDS OF HANDBAGS THROWBACK JERSEYS ALONG WITH A BIG SELECTION OF LEATHERS ALSO QUALITY MOTORCYCLE JACKETS AND CHAPSFOR UNDER A HUNDRED DOLLARS. THE PRICING IS INCREDIBLE SO IS THE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THE PEOPLE ARE MUCH MORE HELPFUL AND HAVE MORE KNOWLEDGE THAN WILSON'T THE SO CALLED LEATHER EXPERTS AND THE PRICE HERE IS HALF. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE VALUE I GOT HERE. I BOUGHT ALL MY CHRISTMAS GIFTS FROM THIS PLACE. LIKE I SAID YOU CAN'T BEAT THE QUALITY, PRICE, SELECTION OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO PRESSURE SALES BUT WITH THE PRICES YOU WON'T NEED TO BE PRESSURED. IF YOU'RE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD THIS STORE IS A MUST, THE BEST STORE IN THE WHOLE MALL.
