Best smoothies in Des Moines.
I truly love this cafe!! I just moved into town and was searching for the perfect place to get my daily fix of good espresso and coffeehouse culture. I found it here at the Ritual. Not only is the coffee excellent, the vegetarian food is fresh and made to order...... I recommend the hemp nut smoothies-my favorite is the
Grass Roots. The service is excellent and friendly, the vibe is so warm I would stay all day if I could!!
Hippest place in Des Moines for sure. The live music is great as well as the local art on the walls.
