My family and I rent from here often, to say the least, and I have never once been disappointed by their establishment. They always provide excellent customer service and courtesy. On top of the friendly atmosphere of the store, the pricing is nothing to fret about. They offer half-off movie rentals for a month to customers who wish to do so by paying $9.95 a month. For extreme movie renters like myself who rent 10 movies at a time this is an amazing offer that can't be beat by even that of Netflix. So if you are in the mood for an old favorite of yours, or a newly released hit, Family Video is the place to go!
