One of my favorite places to eat. I don't usually write reviews but I thought what a shame only one review was on here and it was bad.I was looking up the phone number because I left a book there yesterday. They found it and are holding it for me. I have been going to Mimi's cafe for a while it does get busy during lunch and dinner because it's really good. I usually go on the off times between lunch rush or dinner rush. I love sitting outside on the patio for lunch or once when we got there on a busy lunch hour and I had headache I asked if we could sit on the other side of the restaurant that had no guests by the registar back by the bar and they were more than happy to accomodate us. Yesterday I had the grilled veggie wrap and asked to add chicken and take off the mushrooms and tomatoes and I substituted my fruit for a cup of soup they did so happlily and my tomato soup was so good my friend ordered some too. She had the fruit and chicken plate and she said the soup it what made the whole dish filling and just about right. It sounds like jazzphoto had a bad experience but it happens sometimes. I have been going for years with my family and friends and have always had a good experience. So I recommend you try for yourself and make your own conclusion.

Grease pit. The place looked cute on the outside, so I stopped by for lunch several months ago. Horribly crowded and busy. I don't recall exactly what I ordered, but it was a sandwich with grilled vegetables on it. It sounded decent on the menu, but it was literally dripping with oil when it arrived. I was hungry, so I nibbled it, but the taste was extremely bland and greasier than anything I'd ever eaten before. After a few more bites (because I was quite hungry), I just couldn't eat any more. The server was quite apologetic but did not offer anything else.

I'd stop at McDonald's before I'd eat at Mimi's again. Sorry, Mimi.
