I was referred to Cindy at Hands on Sports Massage by divine intervention...I think!!!

Being a windsurfer, snowboarder, golfer and novice kite boarder I had issues with flexor tendinitis, planter fasciitis for a long time.

I saw Cindy's advertisement in the phone book. That shows how long I have been a client. Haven't used a phone book in years!!!

Cindy explained the problems, treated the problems, and showed me how to prevent them with specific exercises and stretches.

Then the Mother of all injuries so far. Femoral Nerve Compression. I was barely able to walk...with one good leg.

Again she understood and explained the problem. She treated the problem for many months, and showed me how to prevent my life long problem with (hip-flexors). It's been 5 years, since the bout with Femoral Nerve Compression, and I have been hip-flexor free so far. "knock on wood"
